Grady’s Garden Pasta Sauce with Roasted Red Pepper & Feta Whip

Yields: 2 ¼ cups

Ingredients

• ¾ cup Grady’s Chunky Pasta Sauce

• 1 cup roasted red peppers, drained and diced

• 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

• ¼ cup Greek yogurt (plain)

• 2 Tbsp olive oil

• 1 tsp lemon zest

• 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

• ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

• Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

1. Blend Base: In a food processor, combine Grady’s Pasta Sauce and roasted red peppers. Pulse until smooth.

2. Add Dairy Components: Add feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Blend until light, creamy, and whipped— about 1 minute. Scrape down the sides as needed.

3. Season: Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes if desired.

4. Chill & Serve: Transfer to a serving bowl. Chill for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
